What we collect

When you send an enquiry through a form on this website we receive your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, your message, how you found us, and the page you sent it from. When you email or phone us we receive whatever you choose to tell us.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out and invoice the work. When you send an enquiry we email you once to confirm we have received it. We do not use your details for marketing and we never sell them.

Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

Who handles it for us

Your enquiry is delivered to our inbox by our email provider, Brevo; emails to info@rileysprotrowel.co.uk are forwarded by MXroute; the website is hosted by Cloudflare; and our inbox is held with Google. They process it only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. After that we delete them.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or tracking for advertising or analytics.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@rileysprotrowel.co.uk. If you are not happy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
